The Writing Center
To help students become more successful, self-sufficient writers, the St. John Fisher College Writing Center trains peer consultants to provide:
  • one-to-one discussion about choosing or analyzing a topic and organizing a paper
  • conversation about developing an individual writing style
  • development of critical reading skills
  • information regarding research and documentation styles
  • a lending library including dictionaries, handbooks, and rhetorics
