Congratulations on your acceptance to St. John Fisher College through the Arthur O.Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program! We are looking forward to the 2009 HEOP Summer Institute, which will take place Sunday, June 28th – Saturday, August 1st.

To the right you will find various forms you are required to complete and return to our office. The deadline to submit these forms will be Monday, June 1st. Please send the completed forms and requested items directly to:
