It identifies a treasurer or person responsible for finances at a college or university. This highly specialized definition remains in use today. ServicesThe Bursar’s Office maintains the tuition accounts of all students attending the College. This includes sending bills, processing payments, issuing refunds, establishing and maintaining payment plans, and making adjustments according to federal, state, and college policies and regulations. The office also manages past due tuition accounts, and processes payments for transcripts, parking fines, and other miscellaneous funds due to the College. Getting CashThere are three ATM machines on campus. They are located in the Cyber Cafe, the Student Life Center, and by the Security Desk in the Haffey residence hall lobby. There is a fee of $1.50 per withdrawal. Funds are dispensed in $20 increments only, with a maximum of $200 per day. Check CashingThe Bursar's Office does not cash checks of any kind.
