Refund Policy: Wegmans School of PharmacyA student who withdraws from the Wegmans School of Pharmacy must officially notify the Office of Student Affairs and Advocacy in writing of his/her intention to withdraw. No refunds will be issued until written notification is received and processed by the Office of Student Affairs and Advocacy. All students who withdraw will be charged tuition according to the published refund policy.
The term "refund" above refers to the percentage of the tuition reduction. The percentage of any payment and/or aid that may be returned to you (if any) may be different. RETURN OF TITLE IV FUNDS - When a student who is a Title IV Fund recipient withdraws, the amount of Title IV funds earned is based on the amount of time the student spent in academic attendance. Up through the 60% point in each payment period or period of enrollment, a pro rata schedule is used to determine the amount of Title IV funds the student has earned at the time of withdrawal. After the 60% point in the payment period of enrollment, a student has earned 100% of the Title IV funds. Complete details of the Title IV Funds Return Policy can be obtained from the Bursar’s Office. RETURN OF NON-TITLE IV FUNDS - When a student withdraws who has paid using non-Title IV funds, any credit balance resulting from refund calculations will be returned to the student. |
