Understanding Your Bill

The Bursar's Office strongly recommends that students view their account online through Fish R Net.  For step-by-step instructions on how to do so and an explanation of what you will see please click here.

Glossary of Billing Terms

Admissions Deposit: This credit represents the deposit you paid to the Admissions Office.

Anticipated Financial Aid: All aid listed under this heading is approved aid the College expects to receive for the term indicated above.  If information under this heading appears to be incorrect please contact the Financial Aid Office immediately. The aid listed here has already been deducted from the Balance Due.

Balance Due: Total due to the college for the term indicated. This total includes all charges and credits listed on the bill.  Please consult the literature that was sent with the bill for specific instructions. If you wish, you may establish a payment plan.  

Dorm Activity Fee: This fee is charged each semester to all resident students.  The fee is used to fund events for resident students.

Prior Term(s) Balance: A summary of all charges & credits from all terms prior to the one being billed.

Registration Fee: A one-time fee charged to students their first semester as a full-time undergraduate.

Room and Meal Plan Charges: The cost of the student's residence room and meal plan for the term.

Technology Fee:  Mandatory Fee for all students; $50 for Full-time Undergraduate students, $25 for all other students.
