The Cardinal Chapter has 20 current members.  All of these members currently reside on the St. John Fisher campus and have been found to be in the top 1% of student leaders.  Due to the small residential population of Fisher, the chapter is able to induct up to 20 current members by national standards, rather than be limited strictly to only 1% of their residential student body.

The chapter also has a number of alumni members.  Since its creation, the Cardinal Chapter has seen some of its finest members graduate and some others move off campus to pursue a different living experience.
