Melissa is enjoying her eleventh year as the Head Cheerleading Coach at St. John Fisher after helping to lead the squad to two first-place finishes last season.

Posella is a former Fisher cheerleader and graduate where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. In addition, Posella is a former Cheerleading Coach at Penfield High School where she led her
squad to a first-place finish at their sectional cheering competition. She is a frequent judge at many of the local competitions in Rochester, New York.
