About Cardinal Courier Media
The Cardinal Courier was founded in 2002 by a group of students who wanted to revamp the former campus newspaper.
Since its inception, the Courier has grown tremendously. Starting off with about 10 students, the newspaper now has over 50 staff members, with an additional 10 on the editorial staff.
Students brainstorm and write stories, edit, take photos, layout, sell advertising, market the newspaper.
Cardinal Courier Media has been recognized for its excellence with several awards by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association and the New York Press Association.
