The Multicultural Affairs & Diversity Programs Office provides leadership, education, assistance, consultation, and coordination for the creation, implementation, assessment, and enhancement of the College’s goals to build, affirm, and sustain an equitable, inclusive, and diverse educational community.  The Office also delivers informative and aesthetically designed publications that promote the programs and initiatives often designed in collaboration with student organizations, campus-based schools, departments, offices, and community partners. In addition, the Office provides leadership for the Campus Diversity Advisory Board (CDAB) charged with formulating a series of recommendations for a college-wide strategic diversity plan focused on the identification, recruitment, enrollment/hiring, retention, and success of all members of the Fisher community.
