HAVE YOU APPLIED FOR YOUR LOANS YET?

If you are borrowing any Federal Direct Student Loans (Subsidized, Unsubsidized, Graduate PLUS, PLUS) you need to apply for the loans to receive credit on your fall bill. Please review the materials mailed with your award letter or view the electronic instruction sheets at http://home.sjfc.edu/financialaid/forms.asp and scroll down to "Federal and Private Alternative Student Loans".

Services Financial Aid Office

Office Hours	Office Hours are 8:30-4:30 pm Monday through Friday during the academic year and 8:00-4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00-12:00 pm on Friday during the summer months (May 11-August 21).
Telephone	Please call our office at (585) 385-8042 during our office hours if you wish to speak to a staff member. If our line is busy, leave a voice mail message and we will call you back within 24-48 hours.
Reception/Walk-ins	Visit our office to ask basic questions, turn in paperwork or make an appointment with a counselor. A counselor may also be available on a walk-in basis, however, appointments are recommended.
Counselor Appointments	Please call our office at (585) 385-8042 during our office hours or stop in to schedule a morning or afternoon appointment. Counselors are available to assist students and families with the completion of financial aid forms; or discuss any special circumstances
