Services Financial Aid Office

Office Hours	Office Hours are 8:30-4:30 pm Monday through Friday during the academic year and 8:00-4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00-12:00 pm on Friday during the summer months (May 12-August 22).
Telephone	Please call our office at (585) 385-8042 during our office hours if you wish to speak to a staff member or if our line is busy, leave a voice mail message and we will call you back within 24-48 hours.
Reception/Walk-ins	Visit our office to ask basic questions, turn in paperwork or make an appointment with a counselor. A counselor may also be available on a walk-in basis, however, appointments are recommended.
Counselor Appointments	Please call our office at (585) 385-8042 during our office hours or stop in to schedule a morning or afternoon appointment. Counselors are available to assist students and families with the completion of financial aid forms; or discuss any special circumstances
