    During fall and spring semesters courses are offered evenings beginning at 4:15pm or 6:00 pm or weekends. During summer there are some evening and weekend courses as well as 8-day intense courses.

Overview of the Program

There are several options available within the program:

  • Initial Certification Only in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or Physics (33 units)
  • Initial Certification in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or Physics and Masters Degree (51 units)
  • Dual Certification Only in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or Physics and Special Education (45 units)
  • Dual Certification in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or Physics and Special Education and Masters Degree (63 units)
  • Masters Degree for those who already possess Initial Certification in Mathematics, Science, Technology or Childhood Education (36 units)
