This committee approaches businesses and organizations to offer corporate sponsorship positions for the upcoming Teddi Dance for Love through mailings, phone calls, and personal meetings. Different levels of giving are available for all types of companies. If your company is interested in sponsoring or donating items to this year's dance, please see the page entitled, "Coporate Sponsorship."

External

They send out presses releases and post signs aroudn town to inform and encourage the community to take part in this amazing event.

The committee works to get hairdressers to come to the dance to give professional haircuts to the participants. They work directly with the Locks for Love foundation.

Networking

Networking sends a mass mailing at the beginning of the school year to current celebrities, athletes, and political figures to ask for prizes to raffle off. They also have the responsibility of organizing all volunteers for the dance by pairing them up with the appropriate job at the dance. You can easily register to volunteer at the "Register to Dance" page!

Programming

The Programming Committee is responsible for selling advertisements in the program to dancers, family, friends, and companies and then organizes and produces the Teddi Program. They also get sketches from the committee for the dancer shirts and help pick the theme hours for this year's dance! This committee contacts and organizes all of the DJ’s, bands, entertainers, and speakers for the Teddi Dance. Overall, they are in charge of the entire schedule for the dance.

Registration

Registration gets students, faculty, staff, and community members signed up for the dance. They send out reminders for the dance and upcoming events throughout the year while making sure all information is current and accurate. The registration committee helps all the dancers to sign in at the dance and gives each dancer their free T-shirt. If you would like to register, please visit the page entitled, "Register to Dance." You will find all documents you will need for the dance on this page.
